We re-quote the delta in writing before any extra work starts. The original fixed price holds for the original scope, so a change never turns into an open-ended bill.

No. Sprints are billed on completion. Pilots split across start and delivery. End-to-End Ownership is billed against milestones you sign off.

Yes — if you proceed to a build within 60 days, the Sprint fee comes off the build price. If you do not proceed, you keep the architecture, the ROI model and the build plan.

Third-party costs are yours and billed at cost: model API usage, cloud hosting, vector database plans and any licensed data. I will estimate these during discovery so there are no surprises.

Yes. Ongoing work runs at $45/hr through Upwork with escrow, so you can trial a few days before committing to a fixed-scope package. Most clients start there and move to fixed price once the scope is clear.
